(Photos are of pieces I acquired through the store - not of the store itself.) I LOVE Fairhaven Furniture. Shopping here was a blast. I went in to get a sofa, loveseat, chair, and a few ottomans. The sales associates who helped me were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Many of the brands they sell for make handmade, customizable pieces. I bought some pieces from Younger & Co. that arrived two days ago and it's like they plucked exactly what I was hoping for out of my head and made it reality. The shipping was white glove and my pieces came already assembled. Pieces are high quality. I had a ton of fun picking out fabrics and styles, and everyone I worked with, including the excellent delivery people, were great. I strongly recommend Fairhaven Furniture and will be back!

You couldn't find a better place to get furniture & help decorating your house! Kimberly is amazing & they do everything! Frame pictures & help place them in your house. And It’s near great places to eat while you are in New Haven!

I have been looking at an American Leather sleeper sofa for some time. I found one on FB marketplace but how to get it to my small home in another town. I called FairHaven furniture and they happily arranged the pick up and delivery…BUT THE BEST PART is meeting Robert and Dominic who delivered the couch- it comes apart- and put it back together once it was brought upstairs thru a newly painted narrow hallway. These 2 gentlemen are the most professional, respectful and kind people ever. They were so considerate and had me practice pulling the bed out and putting it back as it has a very quick response. Robert and Dominic- well done. I would hire you without hesitation and will recommend you along with the beautiful quality furniture from FairHaven. Thanks again, I LOVE MY COUCH!! Janet

Fantastic furniture shop! The showroom has a wide variety of modern and classic pieces, all at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helped me choose the perfect sofa for my living room. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Great quality and excellent customer service!

Gorgeous place, expanded with lots of upscale furniture. Pricy-- yes. Classy-- yes. They will pick up your old furniture for a fee on delivery. It does take forever-- like 8 weeks -- to get your sofa.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the process. My chair ran into some unexpected shipping delays and was going to arrive later than I’d hoped, but the store went above and beyond to make it right. The owner personally delivered the piece himself, which really says a lot about how much they care about their customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend them.

This is a hidden gem! I love how there is so much you can see in this store. There are so many fun things, not just furniture! I highly recommend to look around. Great of unique and interesting gifts! I bought some fun earrings for a friend here.

This is a unique and gorgeous store!!! The craftsmanship of the furniture is outstanding! But it has so much more from artists all over the country. If you love craft fairs, you will be in heaven. They have such beautiful, creative items at affordable prices. This is truly a hidden gem!
